私たちの方法Our method

「5分の音読」が、職場日本語の土台になる。 Five minutes of ondoku is the foundation of workplace Japanese.

日本語は、1音ずつ切れている言語です。英語のように音をつなげず、中国語のように声調で流さない。だから「声に出して読む」ことが、文型・発音・語彙・読解を同時に鍛える、最短ルートになります。 Japanese is a mora-timed language — every sound stands alone. It doesn't blend like English, it doesn't ride tones like Chinese. So reading aloud is the most direct way to train rhythm, grammar, vocabulary, and reading at the same time.

声を整えるTune the voice

母音・子音・口形をそろえる。1音ずつ等しい長さで読む。職場で聞き取られる発音の土台。Set vowels, consonants, and mouth shape. Each mora gets equal length. The foundation of being understood at work.

文型を身体に入れるGet patterns into the body

基本文型・助詞を、頭で覚えるのではなく、声で繰り返す。会議や報告で「自然に出る」状態を作る。Don't memorize patterns — repeat them aloud until they fall out naturally in meetings and reports.

職場の文章で読むRead workplace text

マニュアル、メール、報告書を題材に音読する。漢字混じり文に「止まらない」読解力を作る。Read aloud from manuals, emails, reports. Build the kanji-kana reading speed that never stalls mid-sentence.

N5頻出漢字100字を、音読み・訓読み・職場での使い方とともに音読練習。数・時間・曜日・職種など業務文書で頻出する語彙を中心に。100 N5 kanji learned through ondoku — on'yomi, kun'yomi, and workplace usage. Numbers, time, weekdays, role names — the vocabulary that runs through every shift report.

本プログラムは「職場で動く日本語」が目的です。試験対策とは、覚える語彙の選び方、練習する場面、評価の指標が違います。JLPT対策が必要な受講者には、JLPT対策オプションを追加できます。This program targets workplace fluency, not test points. Vocabulary selection, practice scenarios, and progress metrics are all designed for the job — not the exam. JLPT prep can be added as an option.
受講者の毎日の学習は5〜15分が目安です。隔週Zoomは1回50分。業務との両立を前提に設計しています。Learners typically spend 5–15 minutes a day. Live Zoom is 50 minutes, every other week. Built to coexist with normal work hours.
初回レベル確認で受講者ごとの現状を把握します。10名を超える場合や、レベル差が大きい場合は、クラスを分けるご提案をいたします。クラス追加が必要な場合は別途お見積もりです。We do an intake check per learner. Past 10 learners — or with wide level spread — we recommend splitting into classes. Additional classes are quoted separately.
英語対応の講師・教材補助には、別途オプション料金がかかります。受講者の母語が多様な場合は、ご相談ください。English-capable instructors and English support materials are available as a paid add-on. If your cohort has mixed L1s, ask us about routing.
